Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site uses a secure server certificate to encrypt your personal and credit information during your online transaction.

Who can I contact about my order?
Let The LARK team assist you with your order any time.  866-464-1000. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Mountain Time.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped by FedEx United Parcel Service (UPS), Monday through Friday . Delivery time to most locations is approximately 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 12pm Mountain Time will be sent the following business day.

Inventory & Out of Stock
All items sold in our online store are in stock unless otherwise indicated. In the rare event an item is determined to be out of stock after you’ve completed your order, a LARK team member will contact you to inform you and make the necessary arrangements.

International Orders
Delivery is currently available to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Items cannot be Returned or Exchanged unless they arrive damaged.  A damage item must be indicated within 24 hours of delivery.  Please contact The LARK team at 1.866.464.1000.  Picture of the item must be included.

Sales Tax
Applicable state sales tax will be charged on all merchandise except packaged food items.

Personal Information
Your personal and credit information is secure and will be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order only. We will not provide this information to a third party.

What is a “Shopping Bag”?
Your Shopping Bag is a helpful tool that displays the items you’ve selected from our store during your visit. Items will remain in your bag for up to one week or until you check out. Click on the Shopping Bag link to view added items and revise your order or proceed to check out.

How do I remove items from my shopping bag?
To remove items from your bag, simply click on the remove item box next to the item you wish to remove and click “update cart”.

How do I purchase the items in my shopping bag?
Click “Check Out” and you’ll be taken to the check out screen to input your credit card information and shipping information. From here, click “Check Out Now” to complete your order.

Can I purchase products offline?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our retail store in The Map Room at The LARK Bozeman or give us a call 866-464-1000.

Payment Policy
To place an order online, a major credit card is required. The LARK accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment by Cash or Check is not accepted. COD is not available.
